The scene opens at ringside, Come as You Are by Nirvana is dying down and Keiji Sugiwara is pacing back and forth in the ring waiting for his opponent to show.
Yumi: Keiji is nervous he's never fought a rockstar before. I just hope Corrin isn't as grungy as some of them "i've" seen.
JR: Yeah, well just keep watching you'll have an answer in due time.
Dave: He is pretty well known in the wrestling world Yumi. Trust me the guy has been known to have a bit of a mean streak.
Keiji stops his pacing and waits patiently in his corner as he has both eyes glued on the entrance ramp waiting for his opponent to make his appearance.
TBC (Yeah The intro sucks but I just wanted to get this thing started)

The fans begin to clap as they anticipate the arrival of the next wrestler. Suddenly the camera switches to the entrance ramp as 1000 Cigarettes by MSTRKRFT blasts out of the speakers. The fans jump to their feet and applaud the arrival of LDWA's resident 'rockstar'. Dave: Well we saw Corrin Cobain pick up a victory over Disco Pirate in his debut match on LDWA's first PPV and I have to say he impressed me.Johnny: That's true but legacies are made on more than just one match and he'll have to put on a strong showing here if he wants to impress me aswell.Cobain appears at the top of the ramp to a few cheers from the crowd who are still deciding what to make of him. He is wearing his usual ring attire of pink and black sunglasses and some black tights with the words ‘Corrin Cobain’ down one leg and ‘The Block Rocker’ down the other. His usually blond hair is tonight dyed a shade of snot green for unknown reasons. Belle: And introducing his opponent. Making his way to the ring from Camden, London and weighting in a 200lbs. He is The Block rocker, Corrin Cobain!Dave: Corrin has a tough opponent tonight in LDWA mainstay Keiji Sugiwara. Lets bring up the tale of the tape.A graphic appears on the TV screens of the viewers at home showing the contrast between the two wrestlers Corrin Cobain ....... Keiji Sugiwara 6'0 ....... 5'10 200lb ....... 180lbs Strength: 8 ....... Strength:15 Aerial: 16 ....... Aerial: 5 Technique: 14 ....... Technique: 10 Hardcore: 2 ....... Hardcore: 5 Endurance: 10 ....... Endurance: 15
Dave: After watching their previous matches we've compiled a set or statistics representing each wrestlers in ring ability.Johnny: As you can see, despite having a weight and height disadvantage against Cobain, Keiji is still stonger and can take more of a beating than the rocker.Yumi: It seems that Corrin should spend less time partying and more time training like Keiji. But Keiji knows not to underestiate a rockstar.Johnny: On the other hand, Corrin Cobain outclasses Keiji in terms of aerial and technical ability. This is set to be one interesting showdown.TBC

The ref checks to make sure the two men in the ring are ready to start and upon getting confirmation from both of them he signals for the time keeper to ring the bell which he promptly does. The bell rings and the two men cautiously advance toward one another, they quickly slap hands and then back away to work out a strategy. After a brief moment the two men quickly rush at one another locking up when they barrel into one another, the tie up looks fairly even at first but once Corrin gets a slight advantage he quickly shifts his weight to the side and traps Keiji's head under his arm locking in a simple headlock.
Dave: Starting off with a simple headlock, but that can be turned into so many other moves by Cobain, this guys technical skill is just amazing.
JR: Amazing? No...no more like boring, does anybody really enjoy watching all this technical bull shit? I for one do not, I like my matches way more fast paced.
Yumi: Hey, speak for yourself Johnny. A good technical contest is just as good as a slugfest any day, sometimes it's better.
Dave: Couldn't agree with you more Yumi.
Corrin quickly shifts his footing and drops to his knees then quickly shifts his weight throwing Keiji over him all the while keeping his headlock locked in. Corrin keeps the move applied for a few moments but is forced to break it when the ref notices Keiji's foot laying on the bottom rope. Corrin releases Keiji's head and pushes himself easily to a stand, he then walks away from his opponent and turns around when he is a few steps away. Keiji rolls his neck and gets to his feet, Keiji then hangs back not wanting to rush into some kind of a trap or a counter from Corrin. Corrin seeing Keiji not in a hurry to come at him slowly stalks forward prompting Keiji to do the same, the tension grows as the ring warriors close in on one another, but in a flash Keiji steps to the side before spinning and slamming the back of his fist into Corrin's face knocking him to the ground gaining a pop from the fans in the process.
Dave: And a spinning backfist from Keiji Sugiwara, not something Corrin was expecting from the look of things, none the less a very effective and calculating move.
JR: Peanuts, when is the real fight going to start? So far we've seen a tie up, a side headlock takedown, and a spinning backfist....I can feel our ratings falling into the toilet as we speak.
As soon as Corrin hits the mat Keiji turns away from him, he sets his feet and leaps into the air shooting himself backwards sailing chest first towards Corrin, but Cobain manages to get to a knee and roll away making Keiji land chest first in the middle of the ring. Corrin rolls to a stand and pivots around to face his downed opponent who is slowly getting up from his missed moonsault, Corrin grabs him by the arm and pulls him the rest of the way up, The Rockstar from London doesn't wait long before lunging forward and planting his right knee in Keiji's guts doubling him over, Corrin then takes a few steps back and circles to Keiji's side before rushing forward and grabbing Keiji by the side of the head, he then twists to the side and falls to his back torquing the neck of Keiji in the process.
Yumi: Oh no! I hope his neck isn't broken...my baby could be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life!
JR: If there is a god in heaven please let that happen, I am REALLY sick of seeing this guy week after week.
Dave: Oh come on Johnny, don't be a dick. Sure you may not like the guy but that doesn't mean he deserves to get hurt. And besides it's going to take a hell of a lot more than a neckbreaker to take Keiji out. The dude is little but he has bucket fulls of heart.
Corrin slowly sits up and rolls to his side laying across the chest of Sugiwara, the ref starts his count but barely manages to get to two before Keiji manages to pop up his left shoulder breaking the pin. Corrin really not expecting to get a pin doesn't let the kick out get to him, but rather calmly gets to his feet and waits for Keiji to get up. Keiji gets to his knees and looks up at Corrin who is crouching and waiting patiently for him to get up. Keiji nods and gets to his feet, Corrin feints a forward movement and Keiji bites quickly bringing his right leg up and twisting to the side catching nothing but air and pulling him off balance giving Corrin the ample chance to strike, Corrin bends down and barrels forward grabbing Keiji's legs and yanking back forcing Keiji to his back, Corrin releases Keiji's left leg and throws a couple of stiff kicks into the back of Keiji's leg. After unleashing a few more kicks Corrin leaps into the air with Keiji's ankle in his arms, he flips forward and lands on his back behind Keiji snapping his leg back violently, Corrin releases Keiji's ankle and rolls into another pin attempt prompting the ref to slide over and start his count.
JR: Well...that's a little better but I still want to see this thing pick up, I "know" Corrin Cobain is capable of making that happen so why doesn't he do it?
Yumi: Maybe he is still trying to figure out Keiji, or maybe he is just more comfortable at this pace for now, it could be any number of reasons really.
Dave: It's possible, it's also a damn good way to conserve energy which will really come in handy if this match goes on for awhile.
