[glow=green,2,300]The fans are still exited from the last match that they have just seen when the lights in the arena start to pulsate. As this starts to happen Blackout hits the pa. As all of this is happening The words" My Salvation will be your Damnation" appear on the tron. As the words fade the crowd comes to there feet as Draven walks out from behind the curtain.[/glow]
Belle: The following contest is The FIRST BLOOD MATCH!!! Introducing first standing six feet tall and tipping the scales at two hundred and twenty pounds DRAVEN!!
Dave:Well this should be an exciting match we have The Batman taking on Draven here tonight in a first blood match.
Johnny:Not only that but it is part of the tournament to crown the first lion's den champion, and I must say that The Batman is the favorite coming into this match.
Dave:I don't know about that yes Ryan is the only that has been able to beat Draven in a one on one encounter but remember this match has no pin falls no count outs the only way to win is to make your opponent bleed.
[glow=green,2,300]As the two announcers continue to hype the match Draven stands on the stage looking into the crowd. Draven is in his customary ring gear and trench. After a few moments Draven starts to make is way to the ring. As he moves the strobe effect that the lights are giving make it look like Draven is just appearing closer and closer to the ring.
Once Draven makes it to ring side he walks around to the far side of the ring and slides into the ring. Draven then pushes him self up off the canvas and climes up onto the second turnbuckle drops his head head down making his hair cover his face. Draven then raises his arms out palms down with his wrists limp making it look like he is a disturbing scarecrow.
After Draven holds this posse for a few seconds he climes down off the turn buckle and removes his trench and hands it to a ring side tec. Draven then leans back into the corner and faces the stage area and awaits the arrival on The Batman.[/glow]

Draven is leant against the ringpost, waiting for Ryan to arrive. The camera pans the excited crowd, and then cuts to fans with different signs such as "BATMAN’S GONNA GET YOU" and "THE GUY BEHIND ME CANT SEE" The crowd goes into frenzy as Adrenaline by Choong Family blares out of the speakers and the spotlights start flying and then pause at the top of the ramp.
The pyros go off at the top of the rampway, and the lights suddenly flash on, causing the excited fans to scream and shout in anticipation. Ryan comes out, with his bat by his side, to a chorus of "BATMAN, BATMAN...." from the fans as the titantron shows Ryan using his trademark Strikeout finisher on several opponents from other federations and recent footage of Ryan performing the Mancunian Mash Up and other big moves on opponents from past federations including his epic cage match with Raj Kim Po in GHW, plus extracts from his promo, “HES COMING...”. He doesn’t wear a top to the ring like last time he came out, and he seems to be walking with a limp.
::BELLE:: And the opponent, on his way to the ring, from Manchester, England, standing at 6'5 and weighing in at 241lbs, Ryan "The Batman" Hughes!
::DAVE:: Damn, he looks pretty banged up here, do you reckon he will make it through this match?
::JOHNNY:: Well I don’t know. That rumble last week was one hell of a match, Ryan was one of the first in, and he was the last one eliminated. No one held back then, and I am damn sure that Draven wont hold back either, I mean, this is a tourney for the Lions Pride Championship!
Ryan goes down one side of the ramp way hi-5ing the fans then goes back to hi-5 the other side. He notices a kid who has a bat on the front row; Ryan gets it from him, and raises the bat in to the air with authority, then gives it back to the smiling child. He enters the ring and then jumps to the turnbuckle and points to all the fans, then raises his bat in the air. As he jumps down, the music dies down but you can still hear the fans shouting “BATMAN BATMAN” as he turns to face Draven, waiting for the referee to ring the bell so the match can start.

[glow=green,2,300]The ref signals for the bell and Ryan and Draven meet in the center of the ring Ryan gets the action going with a right to the jaw of Draven that sends the smaller man staggering to the ropes.Draven bounces off the ropes and comes back with a left hook to the side or Ryan's face. Ryan turns his head from the force of the shot but it does not seam to have had much of an impact on him as he once looks back at Draven and returns the favor with another shot to the face.
The two men start to trade shots with Ryan getting the better or the exchange.Ryan backs Draven up against the ropes before sending him to the far side of the ring with a Irish whip. Draven bounces off the ropes and comes running back at Ryan who grabs Draven and throws him strait up into the air. As Draven is falling back down to the canvas Ryan pushes Draven down applying more force to the move.Draven crashes into the mat from the pancake type move. Draven bounces up off of the mat to his knees and clutches at his stomach with a grimace on his face.[/glow]
Dave: Well it looks to me like Ryan's game plan is to use his hight and weight advantage in this match.
Johnny: No really? Thank you master of the obvious.
[glow=green,2,300]Before Draven can get his barrings back Ryan grabs Draven by his hair and pulls him back to his feet. Once Ryan has Draven back to his feet Ryan reaches back with his free arm and brings it forward throwing all of his weight into the blow driving Draven back to the mat with a thunderous lariat.
Draven' s head bounces off of the mat with a sick thud. Draven rolls around on the mat in pain. Ryan seeing this goes to stomp on Dravens chest but Draven rolls out of the way, Ryan tries again and once again Draven rolls out of the way. This happens one more time with Draven now rolling out of the ring to clear his head.
Ryan walks over to the ring ropes to grab Draven but Draven grabs Ryan by his bad leg and pulls Ryan's leg out from under him. Ryan tries to stop Draven but can not reach Draven who lifts the bad leg into the air and slams it down hard on to the ring apron.Ryan screams out in pain and goes to slide back into the ring but Draven holds on to Ryan's bad leg and slams it back into the mat one more time.Ryan manages to roll away from Draven who turns to look into the crowd and is hit with a mix of cheers and boos.[/glow]
Dave: Looks like Draven has found a week point in Ryan's armor. This is what Draven needs to do take the bigger mans vertical base.
Johnny: Well Ryan should have know it was only a matter of time before Draven started to target that bad wheel.
[glow=green,2,300]Draven slides into the ring and starts to stalk Ryan who is looking up at Draven with a look of pain in his eyes.Draven walks up to Dravens bad leg and stomps down on the knee with a vicious stomp. Ryan lets out a scream of "Oh God!" as he pulls his leg away from Draven.
Draven walks over to Ryan but is suprised when Ryan grabs Draven's waist band to his pants and sends him face first into the the second turn buckle. Draven's head bounces off of the the tun buckle.Draven slumps to the mat holding his face. As the two combatants lay on the canvas the crowd starts up a chant of "Lets go Ryan" only to hear another chant form the Draven fans of "Fuck him up Draven fuck him up".
Ryan rolls over to the nearest ropes and starts to pull him self back up to his feet as Draven rolls over to have his back resting on the turn buckle. Ryan sees that Draven is still dazed and rushes Draven the best he can with the bad leg, once he is in range Ryan leaves his feet and drives both of his feet into Draven's face. Draven instantly grabs at his face in pain as Ryan makes it back to his feet. Ryan walks over to the ring ropes and slides out of the ring.Ryan walks over to the corner that Draven is siting, Ryan reaches into the ring and grabs Draven by the head. Ryan holds Draven's head out over the ring apron, Ryan then lifts the point of his elbow into the the air before bringing it crashing down on to the throat of Draven. Draven grabs at his throat and rolls over onto his stomach.
Ryan grabs Draven by his head and drags Draven over to the ring post. Ryan places Draven face down by the post and walks over to Belle the ring announcer and tells her to move. Belle not wanting any trouble with Ryan gets out of the way. Ryan proceeds to grab the steel chair that Belle was sitting on and walks back over to Draven who is still face down with his head by the ring post.[/glow]
Dave: What is going through the mind of Ryan? What is he going to do with that chair?
Johnny: I don't know but I'm willing to bet that Draven is not going to like the idea.
[glow=green,2,300]Ryan looks over to Draven and then looks down at the chair in his hands.Ryan thin lifts the chair into the air. Ryan proceeds to swing the chair as if it was a bat right at the head of Draven! CRACK!!! is the sound that echoes through out the arena as Draven's head gets sandwiched between the chair and ring post.[/glow]
Johnny:HOLY SHIT! I think Draven may be out cold after that.
Dave: I must say that I agree with you Johnny, Draven's body has gone limp after that shot to the head.
[glow=green,2,300]Ryan plays to the crowd soaking in the mix of cheers and boos as Draven lays flat on the mat with his head hanging out of the ring by the post. The ref rushes over to see if there is any blood...[/glow]

The referee bustles towards Draven, looking for any sight of blood. The job is made even harder when Draven is shielding his face from the pain. After the referee checks Draven over, he sees there is no blood, so he signals for the match to continue. Ryan walks over to Draven, looking at the evidence for himself. He sees the lack of blood, and a wave of frustration makes its way across the Batman, but before he can take this in, he is hit in the chest with a knife-edge chop from Draven. The vile chop causes Ryan to cough before he begins battling himself for oxygen. While Ryan is gasping for air, Draven rushes across the ring before bouncing off the ropes. Ryan takes a deep breath before lifting his leg up into the air causing the incoming opponent to run face first into his boot. Draven falls as his head awkwardly bounces off the canvas when he drops. As Draven brings his hands up to his face and tends to it, checking all his facial body parts are still in working order after the massive big boot, Ryan bends over before grabbing him around both sides of his head with both hands. Ryan slowly lifts Draven to his feet before showing the entire arena why he is truly a real physical specimen. Ryan heaves Draven toward the nearby corner, tossing Draven with ease, like he passing around a football. As Draven’s back bangs up against the turnbuckle padding, Ryan rages forward like a bull before crouching down and grabbing both sides of the ropes. Ryan lunges forward with his shoulder before viciously driving his shoulder blade straight into Draven’s gut. The brutal shoulder thrust is quickly duplicated as Ryan further inflicts serious harm to the winded fighter. Draven cringes in pain before his mouth gapes and saliva sputters out. As Draven’s knees seem to turn to jelly, Ryan lifts up before planting his feet and bringing both his fists in front of his eyes. The Batman suddenly unleashes a barrage of fists of fury type blows, one after the other straight across the opponent’s belly. Before Ryan can break something, which undoubtedly was his intentions, the referee slips in between the two competitors, desperately attempting to break up the beat down, which he eventually does, putting distance between the two men.
::JOHNNY:: It’s a nice showing from the Batman here, he is looking like a hot favorite for that Lions Pride Title. But can Draven turn the tide here before he takes to much damage?
::DAVE:: Well from what I have seen from Draven so far, I dont think I can see the reason behind all the hype, he has practically been bombarded from the offset! Ryan is showing how he earned his stripes in the LDWA with simple, yet effective wrestling.
As the referee moves away, Ryan goes to punch Draven, but he blocks Ryan off, and headbutts him, making his eyes water uncontrollably. Ryan staggers back, covering his face with his hands, and Draven forces him to the ropes and irish whips him. As Ryan returns, Draven grabs his legs and lifts him in to the air. He then drops Ryan and his neck bounces off the ropes, causing him to go down on to the ring apron, coughing and spluttering. Draven tries to knock Ryan off the ring apron as he gets to a vertical base, but Ryan puts his head in between the top and middle rope, and rams Draven in the stomach, making him double over. Ryan gets back in the ring and lifts Draven up for a powerbomb. But as Draven is sat on Ryan's shoulders, he starts punching Ryan in the forehead to stun him. Draven then falls back and lands a hurricarana, sending Ryan flat on his back. Draven goes on to the nearest turnbuckle, looking for a splash on Ryan. But as he jumps, Ryan puts his knees up, making Draven spring off him in to a world of pain. Ryan starts to stir before Draven, who is still curled up holding his stomach. So he sits Draven up, goes on one knee behind him, grabs both his arms and pulls him back, causing his shoulder muscles to stretch beyond their usual limits. Draven face is contorted with pain and frustration, as Ryan slowly pulls the arms further to increase the pressure on the hold, and increase the agony and suffering for Draven. Dravens face is dripping with even more sweat from struggling with this hold, as the beads of sweat trickle down his body like a form of water torture. The crowd start to chant in encouragement, with a chant of "COME ON DRAVEN" but Draven can’t hear this clearly because of Ryan's heavy breathing due to the amount of strain the match is putting on him. Draven gathers up all the strength left in him and tries to push his arms towards him, as soon as he stops pushing; the pressure on his arms is relieved slightly. So Draven grabs the neck of Ryan and makes him flip forward in a snapmare like move. Draven hits a dropkick on the bottom of Ryan’s spine, making his body contort even more due to the extra pain.
Draven hooks Ryan’s arm over his head in what looks like an attempt at a suplex. He bends his knees a little as he prepares to lift his opponent off his feet. At the last moment Ryan manages to hook his leg behind Draven’s, effectively blocking any potential maneuver from the smaller man. Ryan tightens his arm around Draven’s neck as he rolls onto his back; the momentum of this movement carries his opponent to the mat as well. Ryan makes sure that both of his opponents shoulders are touching the canvas as the ref begins the count. He manages to make it to two and a half before Draven kicks out of the pinning predicament forcing the referee to stop the count. Ryan quickly gets to his feet as Draven takes his time getting back to his feet allowing himself time to recuperate. Ryan, sensing a rare opportunity hanging in the air hits a rolling enziguri on Draven as he was on his knees at that point. As he drives his boot through the back of his opponents skull, he follows through forcing his face directly into the dusty canvas. Ryan then hooks the arm against his own and his body. The back of Draven’s head is resting against the back of Ryan’s left knee as he manoeuvres his other knee just above Draven’s head driving his shin against his opponent’s throat, hooking his feet together. Once he has this hold fully locked in, Ryan allows himself to lay back on the canvas, making sure that his shoulders aren’t touching at the same time. Ryan lying back causes Draven to be lifted off the mat a little; this adds to the suffocating affect that a head scissors has. A psychotic smile takes over Ryan’s face as he stares directly into his opponent’s eyes as he gasps for air. He is struggling to breathe, as the hold takes its toll on his opponent’s body, slowly sucking the life from his limbs. The fans attempt to help Draven by cheering for him, hoping that they can help him escape his current predicament, as they can sense his chances of winning this match up fading away. Just as Ryan feels he’s done enough to put his opponent away, The referee begins to ask Draven if he can continue, although it doesn’t really matter. Ryan then takes the initiative and rolls the hold so that it is Draven’s face squashed against the mat.
::JOHNNY:: Great start to the match from Ryan, but it does seem a little strange that Ryan is continually going for submission moves like this on we are witnessing. I mean, its first blood!
::DAVE:: Ryan is playing a smart game here. By incapacitating your opponent, you can get a tight grip on to this match, and have a better chance of making your opponent bleed.

[glow=green,2,300]Ryan applies more pressure to the hold by squeezing Draven's head with his legs.Draven trys to get out of the hold but nothing seams to work.Draven trys one last thing,Draven manages to work one of Ryan's legs over his mouth. The next thing you hear is Ryan scream out in pain as he breaks the hold.[/glow]
Dave: I don't believe what I just seen, Draven just bit Ryan.
Johnny:Hey you got to do what you got to do to get out of a choke hold.
[glow=green,2,300]Ryan rolls on the mat holding his calve as Draven makes his way back to his feet and clears the cob webs out of his head. Ryan makes his way back to his feet and the two combatants start to stalk one another. Ryan is the first to act when he charges at Draven. Draven sees this coming and side steps Ryan,as Ryan charges past Draven, Draven kicks Ryan in his injured leg. Ryan collapses to the mat in pain and clutches at the his right leg.
Draven seeing this walks over to Ryan and grabs the right leg and pulls it to where it is fully extended. Draven then drops his full body weight on the leg as he drives his left elbow into Ryan's right leg.Draven does this again and then one more time before he lays on the leg and starts to pull the leg at an angle applying pressure to it.
Ryan screams out in pain from the pressure being applied by Draven. Ryan reaches out and grabs Draven by the chin trying to get Draven to break the hold. As Ryan pulls Draven's head back.As Ryan does this Draven just simply starts to punch Ryan right in the kneecap. This causes Ryan to let go of Draven's chin and fall back to the mat. Draven keeps control of Ryan's leg as he makes his way back to a vertical base. Draven still holding the leg flips his body over Ryan pulling his leg and extending the tendons in the knee and leg. Ryan flops on the mat in pain holding his leg as Draven rolls up to one knee in the near corner.[/glow]
Dave: This is a smart game plan on Draven part taking the bigger mans vertical base away from him.
Johnny: Well these two men are no strangers to one another Ryan is the only man that can claim a victory over Draven in singles competition. I think Draven has learned from that encounter that he mush keep Ryan on the mat thus nullifying his power advantage.
[glow=green,2,300]Draven makes his way back to his feet and turns around to see Ryan pushing him self into the corner and starting to pull him self back to his feet with the help of the ring ropes. Draven charges at The Batman and goes to drive his shoulder into Ryan's ribs but before this can happen Ryan moves out of the way causing draven to drive his shoulder into the ring post with a sick thud.Draven slumps over the second rope as Ryan trys to get his legs back underneath him.
The fans start to come to there feet as they can seance that this match is coming to a cross roads. Draven manages to push him self off of the second rope and turns around in the corner and clutches at his left shoulder.Ryan has also moved to a corner holding at his leg having still not gotten it back to one hundred percent. Draven manages to to pull him self back to his feet.
The two wounded fighters make there way back to the center of the ring and start to trade punches in the center of the ring. With each punch that finds it's mark the crowd lets out a "Oh and a Ah". Ryan lands a right to the jaw the sends Draven staggering back into the ropes, Draven bounces off of the ropes and using the extra momentum drills Ryan with a right of his own that causes Ryan to stager back two steps.Ryan then comes back with a right of his own.
Ryan manages to land two more rights before he goes to run into the far side ropes as Ryan comes running back he goes to lift his foot for a running big boot but Draven manages to duck under the shot, Ryan brings his foot down and turns around just as Draven lets loose with a vicious super kick to the jaw of Ryan! Both men fall to the ground as the fans start to scream at the top of there lungs for there favorite competitor in this match.[/glow]
Dave: There it is he calls that move wrath and I can not think of a better name for that move at this particular point and time in this match.
Johnny: Dear god listen to this place I think the ceiling is about to come off this place.
