The lights abruptly wilt into an intensively strong darkness, utterly opposite from it's usually illuminated glows of radiance. The crowd, unaware to the lyrics being spluttered over the P.A system, awkwardly clap and murmur amongst themselves. The loud conversation suddenly stops as a vividly intense shot of red pyro subsides from the entrance stage, completely splitting the audience's ears.
"When the lights go out the game is on,
Are you ready for me?
'Cause I'm ready for you!
When the bell rings out the fight is on,
Are you ready for me?
'Cause I'm ready for you!"
Extremely foreseen, a figure, wearing a blue baseball t-shirt of which sways magnificently casts his carcass out of the entrance curtain. He calmly paces down the entrance ramp, the fans continuing their arguments and conversations heard throughout the arena. As the individual nears the end of his set path, he suddenly looks up at the rafter. He stares up for quite a long period. After a seemingly minute of blankly staring at the ceiling, the unspecified stranger begins his journey, ascending the stairs. The titantron has yet to still create any spur of display, keeping to it's default black off mode. The nameless personality, with a slight smile sealed into his face, finally paces down the ring apron. As per the P.A system squawks a highly distorted guitar rhythm, the man lays a white, laced sneaker through the middle rope. His dark trousers sag as he enters the ring for the first time in Lions Den Wrestling Association. A ring technician quickly hurries to the ring and hands a mic to the new comer, signaling the all traditional mic talk to occur. The man, now with the microphone labeled LDWA crumpled in his hands, paces over the ring in a clockwise formation. As he reaches the South Eastern turnbuckle, he elevates the mic to his plain, pink lips ready to make an impact in his first ever appearance to LDWA.
.:Johnny Reifenheiser:.
Well Dave, looks like another newcomer to LDWA.
.:Dave Scoggins:.
Yes Johnny, another fresh breathe of young blood for the Lions Den, what sort of impact will be dealt with this new breed of wrestlers?
.:Man:.
Hello L.D.W.A, Lions Den Wrestling Association! You obviously don't know, but my name is "Full On" Jackson Corbin!
The fans now knowing the man's name, begin to hesitantly cheer and praise as Corbin briefly adjusts the sleeve of his top, covered over with three white stripes.
.:Jackson Corbin:.
Now, for a long time now, I've wanted to start out a career in wrestling so I searched up the best start off federation in the world and search results indicated Lions Den Wrestling Association for the first to pop up.
.:Johnny Reifenheiser:.
Don't tell me this idiot actually looked us up on google...
.:Jackson Corbin:.
So the basics came into play, I signed a contract, got approved and finally, after having a lifelong dream of becoming a professional athlete, announce my arrival here to you today. Looks like all those years at Quebec National Wrestling School finally payed off... ey?
.:Dave Scoggins:.
A pure Canadian!
.:Jackson Corbin:.
Haha, no I don't really endorse that negative stereotype. Sorry. Anyway, I've been looking at the wrestlers here in the LDWA and they seem great, a young breed of fit, athletic competition. So as my teacher Johnny Ray Jackson said, what kind of wrestlers enters without an impression? So as of now, I'm officially issuing an open challenge towards any wrestlers out there in the back. Be it experience or none, I'm up for a challenge and you can be damn sure that I won't fail to keep my word.
