The camera comes on to show the Decimation Ring. It moves over to the Entrance ramp as the lights dim out with each passing moment. The arena is almost pitch black by now and the Camera is fixed on the Entrance Ramp. The Fans' cheering turns into Roars as For The Revolution - Kalmah goes off. After seeing The EVPW Draft or hearing about it they heard that The Family was broken up and seemed Sad. None were expecting Santiago to Be the first person to feature On-Air at LDWA. Before the Owner of LDWA himself. A Green-Tinted spotlight shaped in a circle appears at the Center of the Entranceway, just in front of the Curtains. A few seconds Later A Black Figure steps out of the Curtains, although the Black soon becomes Green as it is shown to be Santiago "The Viper" Elamo.

Santiago walks down the Entrance Ramp with a smug look on his face. The Neon Green Light disappears and instead the Arena's Proper Lights begin to appear again. Santiago is seen wearing a Black Tuxedo with Faint Grey lines running down it, In a stripy fashion. A Single Pocket is rested over his heart with a Red Handkerchief inside it, folded up to give the Mafia look. Santiago is wearing long Jean Like Trousers that are again covered in black with Faint Grey Stripes positioned on them. The Trousers he is wearing appears to have Belt Straps with a Black Belt slinging itself through the straps. Two pockets are allocated on the Back of the Trousers resting on the Butt Cheeks. While Two pockets are allocated on the front of the trousers on the corners. The Viper is wearing Size 10 Shoes that are completely Black. The shoes you would see at a wedding or a Funeral. Bellow Santiago's Tux like attire is a Plain White Singlet with a Red Tie on it. Faint Black Stripes appear to go diagonally down the Tie. The only difference In His Attire from when he was last seen on EVPW is that now he is wearing a Black Fedora Hat with a Grey Feather resting out on it. A Faint Grey stripe is wrapped around the Fedora Hat, Holding The Feather in and stuck to the hat.

Santiago continues to strut down the entranceway with a Smirk on his lips. While his eyes twinkle in the light. As Santiago reaches The Steel Steps his Smirk turns into a smug look as the fans continue their cheering and Santiago continues his walking. By now For The Revolution has died out and immediately is replaced by 96 Quite Bitter Beings by CKY, The official song for The Family.

Santiago walks along the apron, the smug look on his face still as smug as ever. The Viper Pulls the Top Rope Up and the Middle rope down, leaving a gap. Santiago slides through the gap as he walks to the ring ropes closest to the Announce Table. The MMA Fighter calls for a Microphone. A man sitting on a steel chair throws over a Microphone while Santiago reaches over and catches it firmly on the handle. Santiago stops leaning on the ropes as he walks over to the Center Of The Decimation Ring. LDWA is printed on Two of the sides of the Microphone while on the other two MND is printed on it. Most likely because they couldn't fit Decimation on. Santiago examines it and laughs a bit before getting a serious look appear on his face. When the Roaring Fans see this they immediately die down as they know that The self-proclaimed Whole Damn Show wants to speak.

Good evening LDWA Fans. I am here to announce something. But before I do you gotta let me rant on a bit don't you. So here it goes. I am surprised I wasn't drafted onto EVPW but I assume it was because I was out of action for so long and they couldn't tell if my Skills had stayed or left me. But I can assure you, My Skills are still here and I plan on using them. For I will become the Greatest wrestler ever to grace LDWA, and I will be promoted back to EVPW where I truly belong. I am the first ever to appear on-air at LDWA. People will say how brilliant I am. In the future and I will be initiated into the LDWA Hall Of Fame. But Even thoguh I'd love to rant some more about my brilliance I think it's time to get to business.

The real reason I am out here. Well I thought it would be obvious I am on business for The Family. Seeing as The song went off, I was wearing My Family Attire. Etcetera Etcetera. So the reason I am out here is because Our Godfather(Hayden Hardkore) and I Spoke with each other after the draft ended. He wants me and Phenomena to represent The Family In LDWA. So I plan on leading LDWA's Version of The Family into Glory until all of us are moved up into EVPW and back where we rightly belong. For it was EVPW's Loss and LDWA's Gain to have me here. I can't think of much else to say. But I would like to invite out another fellow Family Member who was given to LDWA. Phenomena I am talking about you. Come on down here. We need to show these Fans how we roll in The Family.

Santiago lowers the microphone to his waist as he calls for two Steel Chairs. A Technician walks over and slides them into the ring as Santiago Folds them out. He places one down for himself and sits the other one down next to him for Phenomena to sit on.
